A MOMENTS GLANCE INTO THE PURPOSE OF HEAVEN

THE GOD GAMES: Heaven and Hell - CHAPTER ONE---
I could see the Isle of Purpose across the gray, weathered bridge that completed the path from my Heavenly Home, to the Isle where I would make choices for a new life game. I felt a great urge to rush across the bridge and get started on my new pathway. I began to run.

As my feet landed on the Isle of Purpose I could see what looked like a small ball of light coming towards me. As the light came closer, I could begin to see the shape of a lovely mature woman inside of it. I had never had anyone manifest themselves to me like this before, but I was not afraid, instead I felt waves of great joy wash over me.

The lady grinned at the surprised look on my face as she came to a stop before me.

"Hi , Ann!" she said. "My name is Glenna, and I'm your 'tour guide' while you're here on the Isle of Purpose. I'm also your guidance couselor as you make choices and obseve many different situations."

Glenna explained to me that although there were many beautiful visions to be seen on the Isle of Purpose, there were also views that might cause old fears to rise: old fears from past experiences; old pains that I once prayed never to be exposed to again. This is, she said, an island in the middle of the bridge from our Heavenly Home to other life games played, and not played, by yourself and others. There is also on this island the very room of exchange where we feel our first pain; the transportation room between this dimension of home and the other dimensions which are subjected to time and space.

"You are tense and worried now," said Glenna, "so just relax a moment. Take a deep breath. Now look around the island, see the great beauty and know that all has been prepared for your comfort and joy during this excursion. Also remember that you are always here by choice; anytime you want to you can think and be back in your quiet place again."

I took a deep breath and felt the joy of home wash through me. I am choosing another life game in order to grow and develop; hopefully become a more advanced person, but more than that I want another challenge, another opportunity to win the game. I told Glenna to push on; I was ready.

The island is in the shape of a huge sea shell, surrounded by marvelous gardens of all varieties, and capped by ten beautiful buildings. The buildings lay in the shape of a horse-shoe and were made of white marble topped by roofs made of a single precious jewel. In the center of the horse-shoe was the tallest building of all. Its roof was created of a single diamond, 100 feet tall, that sent waves of rainbow-colored light all over the island. Small bungalows were scattered around the island which Glenna told me were for resting and reflecting as we made our journey around the island.

The first building that we came to was topped by a deep green emerald. Glenna told me that this was the building of Past Lives, and that in this building I was going to be taken on a trip through my past lives, rather like a virtual reality game. She explained that there were viewing machines inside and that I would be given a cartridge that contained movies of my hundreds of past lives. I was to view these past lives to get a sense of where I was comiong from, and what lessons I had already learned.

We entered the cool, lovely embrace of a large round building. Soft music could be heard in the background, and a lovely 50 foot waterfall fell from what appeared to be a moss and fern garden near the ceiling. Around the sides of the huge room were viewing rooms with names at their front entrance. I spotted a room with the name "Ann" on the door.  (To be continued tomorrow...)
