QUIET SCREAMING

Some of us know the tragedy of never knowing if our mother loves us.

Sometimes our mother never speaks of love to us.

How to go on, never to know the truth of this,
Wondering if there was something wrong or unlovable about us.

Rarely is there an answer to this dilemma, so how are we expected to cope?

I love you, and I say to you,
It is a weakness in them, not us.
Somehow they are unable to love beyond themselves.

Take the pain of rejection and use it to understand other's pain at rejection.

Remember the value you place on receiving your mother's or father's love and realize that all of us value our mother's and father's love, above any prize on earth, and work all of our life to attain that great prize.

But what if we never receive this love? Never feel that validation?
Should we make others feel our wrath at this loss? Or should we love all, knowing that love is the greatest gift we can give?

Only you can make this choice, but if you have the faith to love, as a little child loves, wholly and unreservedly, we will find love from the entire universe and our heart will swell with joy.

"There is Faith, Hope, and Love,
But the greatest of these is Love."   I Corinthians 13:13

Wishing you the finest day of rest and awareness of the love around us. God bless and keep you.
May you be blessed beyond your finest desires. Davalene Hirsch

See you tomorrow with more of the story if KOR.
